I just read Esther Royal Beauty by Angela Hunt and it was my favorite book that I've read in a long time!
ReplyDeleteThere are some good ones on there! (Probably more than I realize, since I haven't read all of them). I read, among other books, at least one really long book. Last year was the Count of Monte Cristo, and the year before was Anna Karenina. I enjoyed both a lot. This year I re-read the HP series for the second time. I loved Memoirs of a Geisha and Bossypants, too!

ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed Gone Girl, Memoirs of a Geisha, and Bossypants. I love Liane Moriarty but I would have to say that The Husband Secret was not my favorite of hers. My two favorite books are Sharpe Objects by Gillian Flynn and You Before Me by Jojo Moyes.
ReplyDeleteI have just now started reading Gone Girl and am about halfway through and loving it! I absolutely love the classics, and tend to read several of them over and over. Such a great list Tricia!
ReplyDeleteYou are like my book soul sister! I will have to check out the Jojo Moyes novel, because I haven't heard of her! I am eager to see the Sharp Object movie this year, because the book was really good!! :D
ReplyDeleteThank you Brittney! Gone Girl is sooooooo good!! Gillian Flynn does such a good job writing that you won't really have the book figured out until the end! So just keep reading it and guessing!! :D
